Ticketing
Click on “+ New Ticket” in the menu on the left-hand side under the Ticketing section.
Under “My Tickets,” click on the ticket number highlighted in blue.
In the ticket, click “Complete Ticket.”
Click on “My Tickets”, “Unresolved Tickets”, or “All Tickets” in the menu on the left-hand side under the Ticketing section.
Click on “Ticket Report” in the menu on the left-hand side under the Ticketing section.
Click on “Ticket Report” in the menu on the left-hand side under the Ticketing section.
